White Carbon Black Flash Dryer XSG series fast rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment developed by our factory on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced equipment and technology to dry sticky paste, filter cake and heat sensitive materials.
Principle
The hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially and forms a powerful rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The paste material enters the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring blade, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shearing force. The block material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, and heated ,dry. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air flow, the grading ring traps large particles, and the small particles are discharged out of the dryer from the center of the ring, and are recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. The incomplete or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force. And fall to the bottom to be crushed and dried.

Features
A variety of feeding devices are available, the feeding is continuous and stable, and there will be no bridging phenomenon in the process.
A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to avoid material deterioration in the high temperature area at the bottom.
Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission part.
The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the processing air volume of the dryer.
The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl plate, and the fineness of the material and the final moisture are adjustable. (For example, the final moisture content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤0.1%)
Compared with other drying methods, it can effectively increase the proportion of materials.
High circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber and short material residence time, effectively preventing material sticking to the wall and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials, achieving high efficiency, speed, small equipment, and large-scale production.
